Our client will need an experience facilities manager who has experience in a similar role and a recognised qualification in Facilities Management or substantial relevant professional experience.
You will help oversee facilities, cleaning and Health & safety.
Working on a spectacular site you will work with the Head of Estates to ensure that the buildings and the site are maintained to a high standard.
You will be involved with new projects, ensuring the site team have the information they require to run efficiently from day one.
This role is a dual-purpose role that seeks to ensure that our staff and contracted partners perform for the benefit of our residents and that our buildings perform to benefit of the environment, which then ultimately benefits our clients.
You will develop a high-performance supply chain for FM services, will ensure that we can deliver for our residents' day to day, respond quickly to emergencies and grow our portfolio sustainably.
Our client, a rapidly growing facilities management company, is recruiting a Facilities Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the FM and Operations teams at a thriving Commercial Property in Central Edinburgh.
The mixed use site includes high street shops, restaurants and other businesses.
As well as managing the site in Central Edinburgh, you will also oversee FM operations across smaller satellite sites the Central Belt of Scotland.
