Job Title: Facilities Manager
Salary: upto £45,000 per annum depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to work within a residential development based in North West London. This is a great opportunity working on behalf of the UK's leading residential property service provider.
Responsibilities
- People Management - You will be managing a team and will need strong delegation skills.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all health, safety, and building regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and emergency preparedness drills.
- Managing approximately 21 blocks (this is subject to change) as the development is growing.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Manage the reactive desk dealing with associated insurance claims.
- Assist with the upkeep of operations and training manuals.
- Carry out regular building maintenance checks.
- Managing a high volume of PPM's ensuring any remedials are actioned as required.
- Coordinating onsite reactive maintenance issues or emergencies.
- Contractor management - managing a range of different contractors and specialist throughout the process and ensuring quality, value and deliverance.
- Managing with onsite projects (CAPEX, minor works), this includes supervising contractors, reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, method statements etc.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the property's infrastructure and resident experience. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Budget Management - Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
About You
- Proven experience in Facilities or Maintenance Management within a residential environment. Experience with luxury properties is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and the team.
- Quick-thinking and resourceful, able to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
