As the Technical Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our core departments with the day-to-day administration of service operations and spare parts ordering.
This position requires a proactive individual who can independently carry out administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Day-to-day operations
To travel to five health centres around the county of Norfolk to conduct weekly statutory testing of systems and flushing/temperatures of water systems.
Conduct planned maintenance in a highly regulated environment.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment by ensuring smooth operation and replacing worn and defective parts.
Isolate defective equipment from the power supply, check visually for faults, test mechanical parts, identify problem areas, and take corrective action to repair issues.
This organisation is a fully remote company and they are looking for an experienced Head of Service Management who has in-depth knowledge working within an ITIL framework, particularly within Azure and M365 environments.
