About The Role
You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Day-to-day operations:
- To travel to five health centres around the county of Norfolk to conduct weekly statutory testing of systems and flushing/temperatures of water systems.
- Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Oversee visits by sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the service level agreements.
- To carry out H&S inspections.
- To conduct first fix repairs to building fabric, fixtures and fittings.
- Fix notice boards etc.
- General plumbing repairs.
- Changing of lighting panels/bulbs.
- Monthly report creation.
- Ensure professional quality of service delivery and compliance with legislative requirements.
Quality Standards:
- Ensure all Company polices and procedures are adhered to; and
- Ensure all client policies and procedures are adhered to.
Oversee Minor Works projects:
- Ensure all works meet the clients' requirements and are fully compliant with H&S, best practice, and all legislation; and
- Ensure the works are fully documented, procedures followed, and compliance recorded.
Budget Control:
- Ensure the services represent value for money and demonstrate that alternative options have been considered.
Reporting:
- Support the formulation of service proposals.
- Develop and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Communication:
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders; and
- Develop and maintain relationships with client/end user decision makers.
Requirements:
- An understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and Lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Hard FM services.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and commercial skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication).
- Excellent organisational skills and strong team player.
- Strong technical skills.
