Customer Service Administrator

Time Appointments are pleased to be working on behalf of a company based near Attleborough who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team due to expansion. Key Duties:

  • General administrative duties and answer direct queries providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered.
  • Maintain databases necessary to collate information required and check and reconcile data where necessary.
  • Communicate internally and externally with a high volume of calls and emails.
  • Monitor all information to ensure it is up to date and held in a secure location to comply with GDPR legislation.
  • Process incoming customer orders via the companies online website.
  • Handle key customer accounts, including processing KPI reports.
  • Support other roles when required (covering sickness & holidays).
  • Pick/putt away pallets on the warehousing management systems.
  • Prepare pick notes, labels, and paperwork.
  • Run weekly/monthly customer stock reports.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • General administration tasks, preferably in the haulage/transport industry.
  • Experienced with Microsoft packages.
  • Confident communicating internally and externally.
