We are seeking a Customer Contact Advisor to join our clients Contact Centre team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is comfortable handling a variety of queries through phone, webchat, or email.
Day-to-day of the role
Engage with customers over the phone, through webchat, or by email, providing personable, empathetic, and knowledgeable support.
Our client is currently seeking a Laser Repair Technician for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension due to expected continued business expansion.
The role involves investigating, repairing, and testing customer lasers that have been returned.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in lasers and related equipment.
The successful candidate should be able to identify and enhance materials on the company Intranet in order to drive the colleague self-service.
You will be expected to work in the office at least 2 days per week and will preferably have both HR and some payroll experience.
The role requires a highly organised, effective HR Coordinator within People Services Coordinator that can work as part of a direct Helpdesk team but provide virtual and matrixed support, able to navigate ambiguity and be outcome focussed and employee experience orientated.
