I am recruiting for a Senior Technical Consultant & Support Specialist to work remotely.
In this pivotal role you will be expected to support the Trust and Identity consultancy service, which offers a tailored service, understanding specific needs of organisations requiring Trust and Identity services, providing them with hands-on support with the areas of SAML, Shibboleth, FreeRADIUS and Microsoft NPS.
The role sits within the technical team who are a small and high-skilled team within the Trust and Identity services team, they work to provide support via their email based service desk, consultancy is provided both remotely and face-to-face, as well as supporting underpinning infrastructure for T&I services and working closely with the development team to develop new services and improvements to existing services
