We're looking for experienced senior solutons engineers.
As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be the pinnacle of technical support, offering advanced assistance to our external customers. You will tackle complex hardware and software issues, delivering solutions through various channels including phone, email, and potentially on-site visits. Your expertise will not only resolve immediate problems but also improve our customers' overall experience with our technology
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of our managed infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Spearhead technical installations, meticulously testing and supporting infrastructure solutions to meet our rigorous standards.
- Craft comprehensive documentation, reports, and diagrams that clearly depict customer environments, serving as a valuable resource for both clients and our team.
- Proactively identify and develop solutions tailored to customer needs, enhancing their operational efficiency and technology utilization.
- Receive escalations from the helpdesk
- Provide occasional support and mentorship to the Twisted Fish helpdesk team, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable support environment.
- Extensive experience in 2nd/3rd line Helpdesk support, demonstrating a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and 365
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in-person, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
