Negotiate repayment plans. Resolve billing and customer credit issues. Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO. Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team. Reviewing and improving credit control processes when necessary. Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status. Profile The successful candidate requires: Strong customer service skills Professional certification in credit management. Proven experience as a credit controller. Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and relevant legal requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
