Partnering with a prestigious Manchester City Centre based company, our client, due to continual business growth, is expanding and are recruiting for a senior Credit Controller to join the successful credit team.
Your new roleReporting directly to the Credit Manager, as the Senior Credit Controller on the team, you will support the Credit manager by taking the lead with the more complex business portfolios.
Working alongside a team of experienced Credit Controllers, you will identify aged debt and work by proactively telephoning customers to retrieve outstanding monies owed , allocate payments to accounts, reconciliations, of accounts, identify problematic accounts and any potential risks to the business and query resolution.Daily and weekly reporting.
What you'll need to succeedFull end to end Credit Control & Sales ledger experience Self motivated with tenacious attitude to see tasks completedExperience of working in a fast-paced environment
Able to lead by example - demonstrating experience within Credit Control and methods
Customer Service and resolution experience
Team Player, able to work in a team on your own initiative
Computer-literate - Pivot tables/V-look-ups
