Description
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the credit control team.
- Ensure timely and effective collection of all debts and payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.
- Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team.
- Reviewing and improving credit control processes when necessary.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
