Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the credit control team.
  • Ensure timely and effective collection of all debts and payments.
  • Negotiate repayment plans.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
  • Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.
  • Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team.
  • Reviewing and improving credit control processes when necessary.
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional certification in credit management.
  • Proven experience as a credit controller.
  • Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and relevant legal requirements.
