Summary:
A very ambitious and growing Financial Services client of ours is seeking a highly experienced Senior Credit Control Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Duties:
- Ownership of customers across multiple regions
- Management of a team in the UK and an Outsourced team
- Systems and Process Improvement
- Chasing and reducing outstanding debt
- Credit Risk analysis for new clients
- Credit limit setting
- Reconciling of customer ledgers
- Assisting and upskilling the credit control team
- Cash allocation
- Manage Query Resolution process for customers
Experience Required:
- A number of years experience in Credit Control Management of in house and outsourced teams
- Have dealt with customers globally
- Advanced Excel
- LLoyds Syndicate experience is essential
