My client is a London-based Insurer who are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in the Application / Software Change space with Insurance domain expertise to join an important Programme of work ASAP.
The projects involve the management of multiple work streams and resources from within the mandatory change delivery team, as well as across the business sectors and technology change teams.
Role Summary
The role is also designed to provide leadership and management, where required, to one or more project managers.
The job-holder will carry out the programme management for a number of project or workstreams concurrently and / or may manage elements of a strategic programme managed by a Programme Manager.
The Knowledge Management (KM) Change & Comms Manager works closely with key stakeholders to lead the design, development and delivery of change management initiatives for knowledge management solutions.
As such, the Change & Comms Manager excels at influencing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels and equipping them to ensure successful adoption and engagement throughout business transformations.
These aim at creating, sharing and effectively using the knowledge and information of the organisation.
