Job Title: Chnage Manager
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
Location: Fully Remote
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Formulate and execute change management strategies and plans to facilitate GBS and Shared Services transformations.
- Oversee change management for digitalization and finance transformation projects, concentrating on P2P and O2C processes.
- Perform impact assessments, pinpoint key stakeholders, and create communication and engagement plans to foster stakeholder involvement and alignment.
- Design and implement change management training programs to ensure effective adoption and proficiency in new processes, systems, and working methods.
Experience needed:
- Extensive experience working on Financial Transformation projects
- expertise as a Change Management Consultant, specializing in GBS, Shared Services, Digitalization, and Finance Transformation.
- Familiarity with a range of change methodologies and tools.
