Together with another Secretary, you'll be liaising daily with patients and clinicians over the phone, on email and in person, providing an excellent, welcoming and friendly customer service experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organised filing system.

Duties
Organize, maintain and file legal documents, including contracts, court filings, and correspondence whilst ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist Fee-Earners within Conveyancing, Private Client, Family and Civil Litigation departments.
