Our client, a friendly, family run firm of Chartered Accountants are on the look out for a Full Time Secretary to join their team
The role will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls and emails
- Preparing documents
- Daily running of the office
- Managing receipts of clients records
- Updating records on IT system
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Filing documents appropriately with Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs
- Maintenance of office equipment and general office upkeep
The successful candidate will:
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Enjoy working to tight deadlines
- Have the ability to work on their own
- Have strong attention to detail, be diligent and highly organised
- Have at least 3 years secretarial/administration experience in a professional environment
- Be numerate
- Understand requirements under the Data Protection Act
