The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support, effectively maintain and improve procedures to track and progress sales enquiries from initial contact to order.

We are currently working on behalf of a client based in Ipswich who are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team.
The successful applicant will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and customer service experience along with exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

Sales Order Administrator; Basic Salary £24,000
You will be responsible for updating customers on the progress or their orders, dealing with invoices, any issues with goods providing and the initial telephone contact for all SOP enquiries.
Dealing with and processing of sales orders, enquiries, queries and quotes in a timely manner.

This role reports to the Sales Manager, with a dotted line to the Production Planning Manager, and is responsible for providing front line support to all the client customers by managing the sales administration and department processes.
