We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Administrator to join a rapidly expanding company based in Halesowen.
The main duties will be :
- Processing sales order on the system
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
- Administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time
- Ensure the data is fully and accurately entered onto the specific database
- Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes
- immediately.
- Collecting and entering data into internal databases.
- Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
- Deal with customer queries as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Proven sales order processing experience
- Experience with MS Office programmes
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
