Sales Support Administrator

You will excel in providing administrative support to the Sales Team by processing and monitoring sales orders, and preparing sales quotations and proposals. You will assist Sales Account Managers with their daily responsibilities and offer ad hoc support to the Sales Operations Manager and other departments.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator

  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Serve as an additional communication channel for customers and prospects alongside the designated account managers.
  • Assist in creating, distributing, and updating customer-facing and internal documents, reports, and orders; ensure they are properly uploaded to relevant systems and followed up.
  • Help with order processing and modifications using CRM & Sage.
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams, suppliers, internal staff, and customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers.
  • Maintain accurate information within the company's CRM system.
  • Assist with Pre-Sales tickets, including portal pricing; subject to updates as the Pre-Sales process evolves.
  • Ensure all maintenance contracts are uploaded and kept current.
  • Monitor and update renewal statuses for third-party agreements.
  • Participate in handling main incoming calls, emails, and chats via Ignite.

Key Competencies of a Sales Administrator

  • At least five years of hands-on sales admin experience
  • Previous experience with MS Dynamics is desirable
  • Experience working with complex system
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent timekeeping, time management and attendance
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
