Our client, a market-leading customer analysis company, is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their growing sales insight team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support, effectively maintain and improve procedures to track and progress sales enquiries from initial contact to order.
Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator
- Manage the Sales Admin, Office and Sales inbox
- Accurately capture and process all orders in our client's customer management system (CRM), billing systems, and management information systems as necessary
- Prepare sales letters, quotations for products and services and tender documents and file accordingly
Key Skills & Experience for the Sales Administrator
Essential
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
