Primary RoleTo act as the first point of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service; to maintain our shared email inboxes and pass any enquiries onto the appropriate account manager; compile KPI reports and Sales reports for the Commercial Director; manage customer complaints by ensuring information is passed to all departments in a quick timeframe, whilst keeping the customer informed of the process.
Hours of WorkFull time 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
You will be expected to research new and existing markets and compile a list of quality leads for our sales team.
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
Some home working will be available, so a space to work from home will be required.
Role will occasionally require cover at other Assessment Centres, up to 90 minutes commute away.
