Sales Administrator, Nelson, Up to £30k
An exciting opportunity has arisen with this well established manufacturing company who have a national presence.
Due to expansion they are seeking a hardworking, methodical and adaptable individual to join their team.
Duties will include;
- Managing orders from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Handling queries from customers via email and telephone regarding order updates, installation dates and payments.
- Setup and maintain servicing plans for existing and new customers.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, including amendments of orders, cancellations
- Liaise with engineers on site regarding parts, queries, updates
- Handling any queries or complaints in a timely, professional manner
- Handling online orders
- Updating the website with products and offers
If you are have previous experience in a Sales Administration role, have the ability to prioritise workloads, juggle various tasks at any one time, have a confident and professional telephone manner then this is the role for you!
