Sales Administrator, Nelson, Up to £30k

An exciting opportunity has arisen with this well established manufacturing company who have a national presence.
Due to expansion they are seeking a hardworking, methodical and adaptable individual to join their team.

Duties will include;

  • Managing orders from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Handling queries from customers via email and telephone regarding order updates, installation dates and payments.
  • Setup and maintain servicing plans for existing and new customers.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, including amendments of orders, cancellations
  • Liaise with engineers on site regarding parts, queries, updates
  • Handling any queries or complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Handling online orders
  • Updating the website with products and offers

If you are have previous experience in a Sales Administration role, have the ability to prioritise workloads, juggle various tasks at any one time, have a confident and professional telephone manner then this is the role for you!
