On behalf of a well-established and professional client, Reward Recruitment is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their team, who will play a leading role in organising and supporting the firm's Advisers.
The right candidate must be able to work within a small team and have the confidence to deal directly with clients and providers.
This individual must have self-motivation and the determination to succeed in this role, be detail-focused, have a willingness to learn, and have a "can do" attitude.
The Directorate PA will provide a full and comprehensive administrative service to the Head of Operations/Directorate Management Team and manage and co-ordinate the administration in the Secretariat, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm
As an IFA administrator you will provide all 'Pre' and 'Post' advice administration support including engagement letters, letters of authority, setting up and maintaining client files, obtaining valuations and illustration reports, obtaining quotes and processing new business, transfers and withdrawals.
Bury - Up to £32,000 per annum

This role has been established with the aim of ensuring that the service to the member is delivered seamlessly, effectively drawing together the work of the Support Team, Physiotherapy, OT, Nutritionists, Counselling, external health and medical professionals and the Charity's Housing/Property Service.
The focus of the role being to "get it right first time and every time".
