Onboarding Administrator

As our Onboarding Administrator you will assist with multiple activities, focussed on customer onboarding and activation. You will undertake regular online meetings of which you will play a lead role with customers, undertake training, troubleshoot and answer queries. The role is critical due to ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and undertake customer onboarding.

  • Undertake all associated onboarding tasks-

  • Set up the system for the customer Organize teams meeting and undertake the training with up to 15 customers on one call.In house troubleshooting, involving label misprints, printing errors.Account set up and activation.

  • Respond to queries relating to the in-house bespoke systems.

  • Day-to-day front-end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.

  • Communicate daily with key departments.

  • Undertake general day to day office administrative processes, communicate via emails and telephone.

  • Liaise with suppliers or customers on a wide range of issues.

  • Ensure client queries are followed through and deadlines are met across all areas required. Client satisfaction must always remain the highest priority.

  • New employee set up duties, including desk setup, email, etc.

  • Other ad hoc tasks reasonably associated with the role.

  • Engage in informal education/training from other team members to gain additional skills.

  • The role will allow the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of Ad hoc projects.

  • Detail driven and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and tenacious.
  • Customer facing experience *desirable
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
