Our client is an independent market leader with property interests around the UK.

They are looking to recruit a new member for their office-based team.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing maintenance tasks for properties
  • Regular liaison with Tenants, Landlords and Suppliers
  • Managing utilities including price reviews and credit reclaims
  • Working with the Finance Team on payment of invoices
  • Office - Management of supplies / General administration
  • Booking travel / accommodation / diary management
