The Company head office is based at a location just outside the Centre of Manchester.

Our client is currently looking for a Property Services Administrator to join their busy team.

What you will be doing:

  • Overseeing the processes of procurement and tendering of facility management services for a large client base
  • Raising purchase orders for services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Adhering to budgets set out by clients
  • Ensuring clients standards are met or exceeded at all times
  • Supporting Category Managers across the business' service lines
  • Exploiting performance improvement opportunities
  • Negotiate price points

What you need to bring:

  • Strong communications skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Team player and collaborative worker
