The Material Planner will sit in the Supply Chain department, with excellent opportunities for growth and career progression. Candidates will have previous in Material Control or Material Planning experience, liaising with suppliers for material requirements ideally within a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment and are self-motivated to join the team. Role responsibilities for the Material Planner include: Analysing MRP schedules and collaborating with suppliers where schedule changes are required Working with suppliers to ensure material supply meets production requirements Reviewing material planning to ensure inventory targets are met Tracking and monitoring supplier performance levels Escalate poor supplier performance to the Purchasing team Person Specification of the Material Planner: Knowledge of MRP systems and Excel Previous experience working with suppliers and material planning or material control Good communication and interpersonal skills Dirven and motivated individual with a desire to succeed Salary Up to £35k Role offers up to 2 days a week working from home This role will be suited if you have held a role within supply chain as a material planner, supply chain planner, material controller, supply chain specialist, material coordinator, supply chain analyst, or materials analyst.

Supporting the development and drive the implementation of Supply Chain strategies to deliver a highly efficient supply chain, through motivating and engaging the team. Role Responsibility for the Head of Supply Chain include: To ensure effective and efficient planning and control of material supply to ensure a controlled production Effective management of customer demand, ensuring sufficient capacity is always available to satisfy customers Actively mentor and coach the planning and operations team to build a high performing supply chain team Identify, manage and mitigate all supply risks through the implementation of effective risk-based strategies and processes Ensure robust procedures are in place and followed up to manage the customer Orderbook Person Specification for the Head of Supply Chain include: A strong background in Supply Chain Management and Head of supply Chain Extensive people management experience A strong understanding of MRP and Excel Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills to influence the supply chain team Exposure to fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment Salary Up to £87k This position offers up to two days a week from home This role will be suited if you have held a role within supply chain as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, Head of Supply Chain, Supply Chain lead, Supply Chain Team Leader, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Demand Planning Manager or a Supply Chain Director.
