Your new role You will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering engaging lessons to students within Key stage 3 (KS3) and Key stage 4 (KS4). You will be required to create a positive and inclusive working environment, guiding, and supporting students through the curriculum. You will need to confidently deliver lessons to students of ranging abilities, with a focus on communication and organisation. You will assess student's work and provide constructive feedback tailored to individual learning needs. Your new company A village primary nicely located between Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon is looking for a Year 2 Teacher to work 3 days per week. This exciting role is to cover maternity leave until Christmas 2024. Your new role Your new job as a Year 2 teacher at this school will be to work as a job share. The days per week are flexible and will not require you to do any planning. Your main role within this school will be to work collaboratively with the job share, teach the children to a high standard, ensure that the learning objectives are met, mark all the work and communicate with your job share, parents and teaching assistants. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this job, you must be a passionate class teacher that has experience in Key Stage 1 or lower key stage 2. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a range of children.
