Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our client based in Birmingham, this role is based at a residential block of apartments.
Our client has multiple building across the UK with their largest and newest being in Birmingham city centre.
Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
Fully manage each day's appointment sessions
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
Purpose of the Role: Delivering outstanding customer services to all visitors to the site.
Secure premises and personnel by patrolling, inspecting buildings, prevents damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - - hours per week

We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of all tasks assigned to them and do so with a can-do attitude and a people first approach to the role.
The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with the Community Manger and site team to ensure that KPI's are achieved to include, robust health and safety management, a variety of repairs and maintenance, cost efficiency and positive resident reviews, whilst maintaining the highest of standards on site.
