Receptionist

  • Switchboard duties - answering, forwarding, directing, and screening all external and internal calls across the firm.
  • Greeting clients/visitors/staff.
  • Booking meeting rooms and managing calendar.
  • Providing refreshments and client care for visitors.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and restocking comfort items; making sure rooms are clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post.
  • First aider & fire marshal responsibilities.
  • Witnessing and signing of official documentation as and when required.
  • Any duties requested by the Operations Director/Facilities Manager as and when the need arises.
