This position requires a diligent and detail orientated Reward Analyst who will be responsible for the analytical support on reward initiatives such as bonuses, pay reviews and supporting the reward cycle with job evaluation, maintenance of grade architecture and pay scales.
The successful candidate will also be required to translate large volumes of data into actionable summaries which will then be used in the Reward process.
