Senior Reward Analyst

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a high-growth and purpose led tech business on an exclusive basis. We're looking to secure a Senior Reward Analyst or Junior Reward Manger to report into the Head of Reward and look after all compensation and benefits activities. This is a truly global AI focused tech organisation that provides innovative solutions to benefit society. The company is going through an exciting period of growth which will continue over the coming years through organic headcount hiring and acquisitions. For this role you'll be supporting the Head of Reward to ensure the smooth running of all the BAU operational total reward activities. The reward offering, framework and philosophy is still in its early stages of development so this role offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to come in and shape this. There will be plenty of strategic projects for you to contribute to and lead on. The position needs someone that is happy to be hands on but can also drive the strategic direction of the reward offering which will include design and build work. Duties will include:

  • Job mapping, job evaluations, job levelling and various projects related to developing and maintaining the job architecture
  • Pay review and benchmarking
  • HR reporting and analytics, presenting insights to various stakeholders
  • Ensure affective data and system management
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation and process enhancements
  • Liaising with in-country HR Managers, vendors, brokers and senior leadership
  • Supporting with activities to retain and attract top talent and advising on reward matters for new hires
  • Managing cash and LTIP plans
  • Benefits management and administration
  • Benefit renewals and the implementation of any new benefits
  • Ensure affective communications, documentation and policies related to reward
  • Project delivery and ad-hoc tasks

To be considered for this role you must have experience of the above and bring a good sense of humour and passion for reward. You must be a problem solver that can thrive in ambiguity and change. You should have effective communications skills, be driven and have lots of initiative to drive their reward service. Ideally you will have worked in a SME high-growth environment where you've helped develop a reward function. It's essential you're highly collaborative and can be both hands-on with the day-to-day plus strategic and commercial. The role will pay a competitive salary in line with the candidate's experience and market rate. This will suit a Senior Analyst or a junior Manager. There's lots of scope to grow with the company and it's quite likely the reward team will grow around you.
