HR - Reward and MI Analyst

My client is a fantastic Leading London Market Insurer who is looking for a Reward and MI Analyst to join their collaborative HR team. This is a permanent role and you will have experience within Insurance, Financial or Professional services. Ideally you will have worked in a regulated environment, have strong communication skills and be able to explain data results and how they should and will be issued.

You will assist/lead in the design, implementation, and development of new and value add reporting. Working with the HR/Recruitment and L&D teams to continuously improve HR data quality and MI. Co-lead with analytical support for annual compensation reviews and regulatory reporting. Partner in the development of dashboards for use across the HR function and work with the Rewards and Benefits Manager to continually look at improving HR reporting capabilities.

This role

Management Information (MI)

  • Develop reports, dashboards and metrics to provide the wider HR function, the Exec Committee and the business with accurate insights
  • Effectively research, understand and present HR-related data using analytical techniques
  • Create and deliver the monthly, quarterly and ad hoc HR MI reports using a variety of techniques, and compiling from multiple systems
  • Carry out research of external data sources in order to forecast likely changes that may affect our organisation
  • Produce reports relating to employee data and statistics in response to internal HR and wider business requests, ensuring timely delivery
  • Regularly maintain and identify ways to improve HR reporting to ensure consistent, accurate and timely HR MI

Rewards and Benefits Information

  • Participate in the salary and bonus surveys conducted by external vendors by obtaining and analysing data
  • Use data analysis to assist with the annual pay and bonus review cycle
  • Conducting reward research / data analysis, both internally and externally, and be able to present the results clearly and creatively, to help HR and line managers reach acceptable, affordable and consistent pay and bonus decisions
  • Provide support and assist with reward incentive design, including pay review benchmarking, annual bonuses and long-term incentive plans
  • Participate in modelling in partnership with the finance team
  • Assist with the administration of company benefits, including undertaking reviews and analysis of the uptake and usage of benefits, and where necessary, making recommendations for any actions and promotion to ensure our benefits are well utilised

HR Advisory

  • Take responsibility for the ongoing performance and development of HR recording and reporting systems, carrying out reviews throughout the year to ensure high standards are maintained

HR Business Process Mapping and Reporting

  • Create, document, and maintain a library of HR operational processes related to MI analysis

HR Projects

  • Work with the HR team to take part in various HR projects
