Reward & Benefits Analyst

Frazer Jones are working with one of the most innovative and forward-thinking law firms to find them Reward & Benefits Analyst to join their growing HR & Reward team.

The firm offer hybrid working in a highly collegiate environment, excellent benefits and the opportunity to grow and develop. The role will see you perform a really varied role mixing together Compensation & Benefits with general HR Analytics.

You'll be responsible for monitoring and providing analysis on all areas of reward including benefits but with a focus on compensation issues, including market trends, compensation structures, compensation assessments in all business areas, benchmarking, and talent acquisition. Duties will include;

  • Support the annual benefit renewals and the day-to-day administration of the benefit schemes.
  • Assist with the annual salary and bonus review.
  • Support on data production and analysis of HR related and reward data.
  • Compile HR data from a variety of sources to produce statistics, reports and other data as requested.
  • Updating and analysing HR Data to produce reports, identifying trends and solutions.
  • Working with both the wider HR team and other key stakeholders across the firm to understand needs and to create appropriate reporting solutions.
  • Regularly review and maintain all people focused data for accuracy, completeness and to comply with GDPR requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Reward Analyst looking for a new challenge where they can grow and develop, or a HR Assistant/Coordinator with some experience helping on reward & benefits side, and looking to specialise in this area.

Ideal candidates will have gained experience within a commercial environment, be highly analytically minded, have advanced Excel skills and hopefully be familiar with using a HR system.
