As a Resident Involvement Officer, you'll be ensuring the residents' voice is at the heart of our decision making and helping to drive service improvement.

This individual will be pro-actively managing a portfolio of Fleet and Specialist products in motor claims from start through settlement, covering all Heads of Damage such as Accidental Damage, Property Damage, Credit Hire and Third-party Personal Injury claims (Portal and Non Portal).
You will be providing exceptional level of service and relationship management to our Fleet customers.

To proactively manage a caseload of technically complex claims up to a value of £500,000 including fatalities, mild brain, and serious orthopaedic injury claims whilst operating within Haven's Delegated Authority and reserving and reporting to reinsurers when required.
Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced claims handlers and handle technical referrals where required.
What you will be doing
A proactive management approach to handling their own portfolio with excellent diary management whilst maintaining own KPI's and SLA's.
