Part-Time Customer Service Representative (20/25 hours)

Location: West Malling - 3 days office/2 days home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Their mission is to ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable, and happy home environment. We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients residents, addressing their enquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring our residents receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resident enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate information regarding housing policies, maintenance requests, and other services
  • Assist residents with resolving issues and escalating them when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Participate in regular training to stay updated on our policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
