Customer Service Representative

Customer Service

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Office Based during probation then Hybrid working

Duties

Speaking and corresponding with our existing and new customers via telephone and in writing

To respond to enquiries from customers, in a professional, timely and efficient manner

Setting up new accounts and Direct Debits

Processing contributions and charitable donation requests

Requirements

  • Experience working within a contact centre
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level accuracy and eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage own workload to ensure strict deadlines are adhered to.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel and multiple computer systems.
