SF Recruitment are currently working with a large manufacturing organisation based in Leicester, to recruit for a People Advisor to join their team on a full time, temporary contract basis for 3 to 6 months.
As the HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Manager with all generalist aspects of the role, ensuring that all business needs are met across all areas/divisions.
You will be the go-to person to liaise between employees at all levels across all departments, line management, and the wider HR department.
I am working with one of the UK's largest equipment rental companies to support them with their search for a HR Advisor to join them on temporary contract until September 2025.
As a HR Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee related matters including discipline, grievance, capability, absence management and HR policies and procedures.
You will assist the HR Manager and Head of HR to provide a proactive and effective HR service across all division of the business.
- Work with the recruitment advertising agency and in house comms team to support external brand including project managing a recruitment microsite.
- Deliver a professional and positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey from attraction to appointment.
