Join our client's dynamic team and be part of an exciting project with ample development opportunities! We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to support our ambitious recruitment drive, ensuring we meet new regulatory requirements and the needs of our residents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional and positive experience for hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey, from attraction to appointment.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment advertising agency and in-house communications team to enhance our external brand, including project management of a recruitment microsite.
  • Develop relevant and effective assessment methods and scoring measures, including writing interview questions, case studies, and practical exercises.
  • Manage various recruitment channels, including temporary recruitment and CV searching.
  • Adhere to the recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair and transparent recruitment practices.
  • Take briefs from hiring managers, identify their needs, and design effective recruitment solutions within cost parameters.
  • Conduct advertising and run social media campaigns to uphold and promote employer brand(s).
  • Build and maintain professional relationships, effectively communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of the complete recruitment cycle.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience of equalities and diversity issues.
  • Confident, assertive, and proactive, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
