Resourcing Consultant (Hybrid) needed in Bristol, £17.49ph PAYE - Reference: 5250810
Key Job Outcomes:
- Deliver a professional and positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey from attraction to appointment.
- Work with the recruitment advertising agency and in house comms team to support external brand including project managing a recruitment microsite.
- Develop relevant and effective assessment methods and scoring measures.
- Manage a number of routes to market such as temporary recruitment and CV searching.
- Adhere to recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair/ transparent recruitment.
You will ideally have:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of the complete recruitment cycle.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of taking briefs from hiring managers, identifying their needs and designing effective recruitment solutions within cost parameters.
- Significant experience of working with recruitment agencies engaging in all aspects of recruitment including advertising, running social media campaigns and of upholding an employer brand(s).
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience of equalities and diversity issues.
- Confident, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships and effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of developing effective assessment activities (including scoring measures) used in recruitment e.g. writing interview questions, case studies, practical exercises etc.
- Ability to work effectively within a pressurised environment, where priorities and deadlines are subject to change.
- Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
