The Reprographics Department is a small team working in a busy office environment and is responsible for producing a large percentage of the School's digital copy and print requirement often to tight deadlines.
Terms: 35 hours per week
9.30am to 5.30pm with one hour unpaid lunch, Monday to Friday except for Bank Holidays and School Closures.
Inventory and management of the SharePoint site: archiving documents that are out of date, ensuring the most recent document versions are in the relevant workstream sections etc.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
