Excellent opportunity awaits a driven, enthusiastic and highly personable Cell Biologist with expert knowledge in a range of mammalian cell culture, cell line generation, cell potency/bioassays and/or flow cytometry!
You will lead method development, optimisation and validation of a broad range of cell potency/bioassays including, but not limited to, assays relating cell viability and proliferation.
Working as part of expanding, dynamic and highly successful team of cell scientists you will utilise your skills in mammalian cell culture and analysis to deliver a vast array of projects in a timely manner.
They possess an impressive suite of chromatography and mass spectrometry systems spanning all the major instrument manufacturers with MS detectors ranging from single quad/triple quad to a selection of high-resolution instruments, all of which will be available for you to perform this diverse and stimulating role.
Our client provides expert technical and laboratory support for the vast portfolio of clients in the (bio)pharmaceutical development sectors.
They provide services that support the development of therapeutics (including: mAbs, bispecific antibodies, peptides, viruses, cell and gene therapies) throughout their lifecycle, spanning all phases within the pre-clinical and clinical development.
Drawing on in depth knowledge of next generation sequencing (NGS), quantitative PCR (qPCR) and digital droplet PCR (ddPCR), you will provide analytical services to customers in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors in a GLP, GCP and GMP regulated laboratory.
Are you looking to apply your experience in a multitude of molecular assays to support global biopharmaceutical studies?
