Title: Cell Scientist (Various levels)
Location: North West England

Our client is looking for Cell Scientists at various levels to join their fast growing team in the North West of England.
Responsibilities:
- Experience an knowledge of Cell based Potency assays including method development and validation is essential
- Knowledge of practical aspects of cell based assay techniques and Method Validation
- Experience in performing Cell based assays using a variety of analytical platforms including plate based formats.
- Develop new techniques and technologies within laboratory
- Experience of Flow Cytometry and/or Molecular techniques is an advantage.
- Detailed understanding of theoretical basis of the Cell based assay techniques
- Ability to generate and technically review reports.
- Demonstrate innovative method development as required, drawing on literature as required
- Excellent client communication and service.
Requirements:
ABOUT YOU:
- BSc / MSc/ PhD or equivalent in Biology/Chemistry (or related scientific discipline) is essential.
- Industry experience is essential
- Analysis by Cell based assays is essential
- Experience in Flow Cytometry and/or Molecular techniques is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Cell based assay techniques with extensive experience of analysis of biopharmaceuticals, small and/or large molecules.
- Experience of Cell based assay method development and validation.
- Comprehensive experience of working in a GxP regulatory laboratory
