Role: Buyer
Location: Droylsden
Salary: £35k
SF Recruitment are looking for an experienced Buyer to join our client's busy team in Droylsden, on a full time, permanent basis. This client is a frozen food manufacturer, who specialises in ready meals, soups and sauces.
Day to day, your role will entail:
- Purchasing necessary goods & materials
- Ensuring business needs are met, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring a continuous supply of required goods
- Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers and conducting cost analyses
- Maintaining a close working relationship with key stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
