As an Application Support Consultant, you will be an integral part of our clients consulting team, focussed on delivering and maintaining a range of solutions to their clients, combining technical and consultancy skills.

You should have a strong technical aptitude and be comfortable working with various software applications, databases, and operating systems.

This role reports to the Sales Manager, with a dotted line to the Production Planning Manager, and is responsible for providing front line support to all the client customers by managing the sales administration and department processes.
The product manager is responsible for the overall strategic direction of their portfolio and will need to drive and champion this both within the company and in the marketplace.
The product manager is then responsible for the creation and delivery of value propositions to address those opportunities.
The product manager is responsible for researching and developing a deep understanding of their designated market and identifying the business opportunities open to the company.
We are looking for an individual with In-depth knowledge of the assigned product technology - including Microsoft's M365 platform and workflow tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps in the Microsoft Power Platform - Real Microsoft M365 experts within the Public Sector
