We are working with a client who are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about their products and services.
- Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to address customer needs.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour.
- Driving Licence (preferred)
