Process the purchase invoices and matching effectively on the system
We are currently working with a large business based in Bury who are looking for an experienced and effective purchase ledger assistant, to join their business and work in this autonomous role.
The role will involve you dealing with both internal and external parties to process invoices and payments effectively, therefore a high level of relationship building, and ledger control/efficiencies is something which we are looking for.
My Client, a foodservice buying & marketing consortium based in Macclesfield, now has an excellent opportunity for a Purchasing Assistant to join their team.
Day to day duties include liaising with suppliers, members and internal employees to support the buying and admin function.
Reporting into the Trading Controller, you will work with the buying team to ensure all administration is accurate and up to date.
