Inizio Engage have the pleasure of recruiting an Administrator to work on behalf of our Pharmaceutical Client to support in the delivery of a mobile vaccine service for patients.
The role involves working on a mobile unit which will be based in various areas around Liverpool, booking patients in for appointments, contacting patients to ensure they attend appointments, recording data onto the system, ensuring the mobile unit system is stocked with the correct equipment and ensuring the mobile unit is safe for use and is risk assessed.

Working as part of a large procurement unit, and across categories including construction, FM, professional services and health and social care.
The main responsibility of the role as Category Manager is to lead and influence your category area of spend, ensuring procurement exercises are managed in line with relevant public sector regulations and policies as well as support the development of category strategies going forward.
To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work as per the agreed programme.
To undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the healthcare objectives of the client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the hospital service users and staff.
To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement / Contract.
