Inizio Engage have the pleasure of recruiting an Administrator to work on behalf of our Pharmaceutical Client to support in the delivery of a mobile vaccine service for patients.
The role involves working on a mobile unit which will be based in various areas around Liverpool, booking patients in for appointments, contacting patients to ensure they attend appointments, recording data onto the system, ensuring the mobile unit system is stocked with the correct equipment and ensuring the mobile unit is safe for use and is risk assessed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain appropriate sensitive, caring and tactful relationships with patients, families and carers
- Be able to work well in a team as well as independently
- To accurately document patient interactions and stages in accordance with Company policies and procedures which may include the electronic patient record system, in which they are deemed competent, and as outlined within programme specific documentation.
- To support in the contacting of patients to ensure attendance at the mobile unit
- Support the registered nurses in ensuring the mobile unit equipment is correctly stocked, in date and stored
- Ensure Mobile unit is clean, always welcoming for patients and secure. Maintaining infection control measures
- Ensure mobile unit is safe for use and is risk assessed on a minimum weekly basis or as deemed needed/concerns
Key Skills:
- Full UK Driving licence
- Experience of direct/telephone contact with patients/customers and good customer service
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS Disclosure or equivalent (Scotland and Northern Ireland)
- Satisfactory pre-employment medical checks and references
