This role will implement changes to teaching and learning software and business processes to support the delivery of flexible learning and enhance the experience of the client's students and staff.
The client is a University based in Manchester.
It will lead the development and implementation of a training strategy and plan for the programme.
Eden Brown are recruiting for a Progress Coach for a Training Provider providing training to students who are already employed or preparing to enter into their chosen profession.
Type: 12 month Fixed Contract - 21 hours per week
This role is homebased with travel expected as and when required, it is part time 12 month fixed term maternity cover - 21 hours per week.
Your key responsibilities will include planning, developing, and evaluating both current and new product training programs to achieve departmental goals and objectives.Leveraging your expertise in people management and development, you will lead the training for EE across retail programs, online training, and content project management.
You will collaborate with the senior management team to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of learning solutions while continually improving to boost business performance.
